How can I manually delete a guest device from my Metadefender Endpoint Management console?

You can manually remove a guest device from your account by viewing the device details page and clicking the 'delete' button in the top right. 

  • (Starting 2015-Jul-21) For persistent/installed agents, this will trigger a remote uninstall 
  • For on-demand clients there is no remote action sent to the endpoint. If the on-demand client is still running it will reappear in the management console within a few minutes.

Automatic removal is controlled either through the Lost Devices setting, or data retention.
